FJ80 Brake Master Cylinder - 1" Bore
FJ80 master cylinders make great upgrades for 1979-1995 Pickups and 4Runners with smaller sized bores. If you upgrade your brakes with 1986+ 10" drums or upgrade the front to IFS calipers, you need to match the master cylinder to avoid a soft pedal with excessive travel. FJ80 master cylinders feature a 1" piston and optional residual valves for both front and rear. These cylinders pair well with disc or drum brakes. A new reservoir is included.
Note: The brake fluid level sensor electrical connector on the FJ80 Master Cylinder is different from the Pickup/4Runner electrical connector. You will need to cut the connector pigtail from your old master cylinder and splice it onto the FJ80 sensor wires (connector pigtail and wire splices not included).
