Toyota Solid Pinion Spacer Solid pinion spacers prevent loosening of the gear setup preload. Originally designed for older Toyota applications, Toyota stopped using them decades ago. Solid spacer and shims replace the crush sleeve. It takes a little longer to set up but you wont have to keep retorque the pinion nut down the road.
